Description:

Are you or someone you work with getting ready to take the HUD Certification Exam? If so, then this training is for you! Starting September, RCAC is starting the HUD Exam Prep & Success Series (Formerly “Core Competencies for HUD Certification”).

 

This series is designed to help you prepare for and successfully complete the HUD Housing Counseling Exam. Through this training, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills that you can use as a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor.

 

This training will cover the six areas of core competency including:

·        Financial management

·        Housing affordability,

·        Homeownership,

·        Avoiding foreclosure,

·        Tenancy

·        Fair housing.

 

Each session includes resources, exercises, and Q&A to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the material and for the instructor to clarify any confusion that you may have. If you want to prepare for and successfully pass the HUD Certification Exam, sign-up for this training today!

Scholarship & Fees:

There is a $200.00 dollar fee to attend the training.

 

Scholarships are not available at this time.

 

Refund Policy:

RCAC does not issue refunds for any tuition paid to attend the HUD trainings. Tuition fees are non-refundable, though refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing by the Housing Counseling Program Manager.
