Description:

This learning event is intended to introduce the basic concepts of running a small water system efficiently and effectively. This class is a great fit for those new to water operations or for those looking to brush up on their knowledge of small system operations and maintenance.

Participants will learn:

·        Components of small systems

·        System maintenance

·        Managing Contract Operators/ Back up operators

·        Regulations

·        The importance of asset management

·        System mapping

The recommended audience includes operators, potential operations, managers, and board members.
