Description:
This training will be offering the following subjects:
8:00AM -12:00PM | PFAS & Other Contaminants
PFAS contaminants are a growing concern. Learn their origins, health risks and treatment options as well as how the new EPA rule may affect your system.
This course will also discuss other current and emerging contaminants and concerns and provide information for small systems about protecting public health.
1:00PM - 4:00PM | Water Quality Sampling
This course will cover sampling plans, sample types and collection protocols as well as a discussion of common drinking water contaminants and testing results. It will also include a “hands-on” practice session for several types of samples.
