Description:
NMED need-to-know criteria
Learn the study topics needed for testing. You will learn about operator certification as a state requirement and the process of applying for operator certification.
How to study for an exam
Learn Bloom's taxonomy 6 critical steps process to cognitive learning. You will learn how to achieve maximum potential for operator certification.

Math Anxieties
Learn basics of unit conversions related to water system operator math, including analysis and unit conversions. You will perform common unit conversion calculations and demonstrate your knowledge of conversion formulas.
Practice Exams
Learn the basics on how operator certification exams are structured and how psychometricians evaluate student exam comprehension. We will have practice exams.

This training will be hosted online on GoToTraining.

Operator Prep is a free training to attend.
Registration:
To receive contact hours for online workshops, each person must be registered with their own email address. An evaluation at the end of the training is also required.
Are you attending as a group, but not watching from your own computer?
Attendees do not need to participate from their own computer/device for the online trainings. Each attendee will be required to register and complete an evaluation to verify their participation. Prior to session start, a Group Leader will need to inform RCAC (registration@rcac.org) which attendees will view the sessions together. Following the training an evaluation is sent to the Group Lead who will be responsible for sharing it with each attendee in the group.
