Description:

Join us for the second session in our DWID series—a free two-hour webinar focused on the process of forming a Domestic Water Improvement District (DWID) in Arizona. This session will walk participants through the legal, administrative, and community steps required to establish a DWID from the ground up.

Ideal for community leaders, residents, and local officials interested in creating a DWID, this session builds on Part 1 and offers practical guidance for getting started.


Participants will learn:

·       The pros and cons of a DWID compared to other entities

·        Legal requirements and petition process

·        Steps for community engagement and support

·        Approval process through the County Board of Supervisors

·        Initial setup of governance and operations
